These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by TierraVeda, LLC, located at 110 16TH ST STE 1460, Denver, CO 80202 ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, create an account, or make purchases. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Tierra Veda provides the following services and products:
- Educational Content: Self-paced courses, guides, and workbooks focused on holistic wellness and mindful living.
- Premium Subscriptions: Monthly subscription programs that include access to premium educational content, live workshops, community discussion groups, and Q&A sessions.
- Premium Membership: Comprehensive membership including wellness coaching sessions, personalized wellness planning, and priority support.
- Physical Merchandise: Handcrafted ceremonial textiles, crystals, ceremonial items, and tribal art sourced from artisans worldwide.
3. Account Registration
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@tierraveda.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
All payments are processed securely through our PCI-DSS–compliant third-party payment processor. Your card details are transmitted directly to the payment processor and are not stored on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms of our payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Auto-Renewal Disclosure
Premium Education and Premium Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually, depending on your selected plan) at the then-current subscription rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting us at hello@tierraveda.com or (720) 248-0690. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the paid period.
Free Trials
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
6. Delivery Policy — Digital Content
Digital content (courses, guides, and workbooks) is delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped:
- One-time digital purchases: Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. You will be emailed access instructions and login credentials at the email address associated with your account, typically within a few minutes of purchase. One-time purchase materials remain available for lifetime access through your member dashboard.
- Premium Education subscriptions: Access to the current content library is granted immediately upon successful payment. Where a program is structured as a guided curriculum, modules may be released on a set schedule (for example, one module per week), which is disclosed on the program's description page.
- Premium Membership: Access to membership benefits and content is granted immediately upon successful payment. One-on-one wellness coaching sessions are scheduled directly with you after enrollment.
Access to subscription and membership content is contingent upon an active subscription.
7. Delivery Policy — Physical Products
Physical products (ceremonial textiles, crystals, ceremonial items, and tribal art) are shipped to the address you provide at checkout:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days; priority shipping typically arrives within 2–3 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

8. Refunds and Returns
Our refund and return policies are detailed in our Refund Policy. In general, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on most purchases. Please review the full Refund Policy for eligibility and procedures.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate information in your account and during transactions
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Tierra Veda and third parties
- Not engage in harmful, abusive, or malicious activities
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software, is the property of Tierra Veda or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are sold for spiritual, meditative, and decorative purposes only. Product descriptions reflect traditional and cultural associations and are not intended as medical claims. Our services, including wellness coaching, are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tierra Veda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at hello@tierraveda.com. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in Denver, CO, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activities, or for any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
